About this program

Across four weeks we move slowly through the first two padas of the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali — the foundational text of classical yoga. Each session weaves close reading, reflection, and seated practice. The aim is not scholarship, but to let these ancient words quietly inform our living. Sessions are held online with one in-person closing gathering.
